What Our Customers Say

Mickey Simpson

Lipscomb County Judge

“We started a complete restoration of our courthouse 2 years ago, and I was impressed by their knowledge and expertise in the restoration of 100-year-old buildings. There are always bumps in the road of such a project, but they were able to negotiate all of the problems that arose. I think that they were attentive to our needs and requests in a professional manner. I would recommend this company for any construction project you endeavor to undertake.”

Steve Riley

Shackelford County Commissioner, Precinct 1

“Premier Commercial Group provided the craftsmen for the woodwork, paint, and masonry repainting for our Shackelford County Courthouse Historic Restoration Project in 2018. Alan Odom and his craftsmen executed the work with precision, which was outlined by our architectural firm, Komatsu Architecture. Premier was very responsive to any requests made by me or any of the other members of the Commissioner's Court. The Premier workmen were very accommodating to the employees in the Courthouse with whom they worked closely every day during the restoration project. Alan Odom continues to communicate with our Judge, Robert Skelton, in order to make sure everything is still working well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Premier Commercial Group for any historical construction projects.”

Al Peeler

Grimes County Facilities/Maintenance/Project Manager

“Grimes County, Texas, is currently under contract with Premier Commercial Group, a firm we selected to restore our 125 years old Historical Courthouse. Our courthouse sustained wind and water damage from hurricane Harvey in 2017. We did not vacate our facility for this work to be completed. Since we have limited courtroom space Premier has had to continue to work around our court schedules. Communication between our in-house project manager and Premier Commercial Group has been and continues to be ongoing, and they have been and are responsive to our needs and issues. I would certainly consider Premier Commercial Group for future work that we might need to be done in our county.”
