Surveys

We provide preliminary surveys for owners and architectural/engineering firms for restoration and repair work, and can schedule periodic building condition assessments to determine what work is needed, and what will be required to complete repairs.

Budgeting

After completing a condition survey for proposed maintenance to your building, we will create a budget as part of the survey report for you to engage Premier Commercial Group to address the recommended work.

Scheduled building envelope evaluation

After a survey and budget are created and work on your building is completed, you can sign up for a scheduled building envelope evaluation to ensure your building stays in top condition for years to come.

Your building's envelope is critical to preventing serious issues like mildew, mold, moisture penetration, and structural damage. We will create a schedule of maintenance specific to each building that will include everything from window and door inspection to roof inspection and more, all to ensure the building’s envelope is secure.

Scheduled building maintenance

Regular maintenance of your building is critical to ensuring you avoid future issues that could cause your building to require massive, expensive repairs in the future. We work with you to develop a personalized building maintenance plan that will reduce long-term costs. We evaluate every facet of your building’s lifecycle and apply specific time-frames during which to assess conditions, recommend repairs, and help you keep overall maintenance costs down.
