The existing deteriorated cornice sections were removed, structural framing repaired, and new replicated galvanized steel cornices and cornice elements were installed, complete with new z-t copper gutter liners and downspouts.

The wooden support structure for the cornice ledge was rebuilt around the cupola base and new cornice and decorative elements were fabricated and installed.

New custom prefinished steel roof tiles were stamped to match an original tile and installed on all pitched roof areas along with new roof accessories and trim.
