The historic metal cornices were repaired and topped with new prefinished flat-seam roofing. Weathered stone parapet copings were covered with prefinished metal coping to weatherproof, protect, and mimic the appearance of the original stone parapet coping underneath.

The tower window ledges and cornice ledges were recovered with new metal. Elements of cupola dome and tower cladding were repaired, and a new tower window was installed.

The flat roof areas were removed down to the concrete deck and replaced with a new modified bitumen roof system.
